This website and mobile application (“Bustune”) are operated by Techzate Labs LLP. Throughout the site and app, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Techzate Labs LLP. Bustune offers this platform, including all information, tools, and services available from this site and app to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site, app and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website or app. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SECTION 1 – ONLINE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 14 years of age and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site or app.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including payment information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer over secure payment gateways such as Razorpay or Paytm.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

SECTION 3 – PAYMENT TERMS

All payments made through Bustune are processed securely via Razorpay or Paytm.

  • Once a payment is completed for a bus ticket or any other service, it is strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable, except where mandated by law.

  • Techzate Labs LLP is not responsible for failed, delayed, or reversed transactions caused by the payment gateway or the user’s bank.

  • In case of a technical error during payment, users may contact support@bustune.com with transaction details for assistance.

  • By completing a payment, you authorize Bustune and its payment partners to charge your provided payment method for the specified amount.

SECTION 4 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information available on the platform is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on such information is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify or update service details or pricing at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 5 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Payments and some services are provided via third-party integrations such as Razorpay or Paytm.
We do not control and are not responsible for their operations, privacy policies, or terms. You should review their respective policies before using those services.

SECTION 7 – USER CONDUCT

You agree not to misuse the Service or engage in any activity that:
(a) disrupts, damages, or interferes with the platform;
(b) attempts unauthorized access to other users’ accounts;
(c) uses automated scripts to collect data; or
(d) violates any law or regulation.

SECTION 8 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty or condition, either express or implied.
In no case shall Techzate Labs LLP, its directors, employees, affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or savings, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Techzate Labs LLP, its affiliates, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be paid in full.

SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Thrissur, Kerala, India.
